The PMS & AIF Summit 2018 is a platform and it is much. It is a great initiative taken by ET Now and PMS Bazaar in promoting the industry and bringing the industry to investors causing more transparency. The initiatives taken by PMS Bazaar and ET Now are superlative initiatives, much-calledfor and will go a long way in promoting the growth of the industry.

This was an excellent event organised by PMS Bazaar and it brought together multitude of views about PMS industry, about the future of AIF, basically the alternate investment class, which is an emerging growth investment class in India. If you look at the investment structure vis-à-vis mutual funds for about 30 years and this (PMS & AIF) is the class which has just come-in, in the last few years. And this kind of platform help in investors understanding, what these classes mean? And in what way are they different, perhaps better than the traditional mutual funds. So this is a very valuable experience for all people who attended this conference.

Equity Participation or Financial Market Savings Participation in India is continuously improving. If we look at the last 10 years history, Investments are primarily moving into supervisory way of investments like Mutual Funds or PMS. Investors need to be handhold and educate about nuances of these products. In that context, the role of the event which we are having today from PMS Bazaar is very encouraging.

I’m really honoured to be part of the PMS Bazaar event. PMS & AIF Summit are very important for India’s capital markets as they serve the very important purpose of educating investors and guiding them on how they should be investing their money and also showcasing a range of capabilities and asset managers and helping them to decide and make the right decision.

I must congratulate PMS Bazaar for organising such an excellent event. So big compliments to PMS Bazaar and I look forward to them continuing to be at the helm of organising these events and getting everybody together as the industry continues to grow.

Every year, when October and November come around, we look forward to the annual PMS Bazaar summit. I have been coming in for four years, Marcellus was born at the PMS Bazaar summit in 2018. So today we wanted to talk about our FPI book and strategy we have with foreign investors and how our book will grow bigger as FPI is going to tilt away from China to the Indian market. I wish the PMS Bazaar team all the best in growing in business and clients as well.

I still remember the first year of our PMS & AIF Summit. It was only about 150 people. And, when I saw 750 odd people coming for PMS & AIF 6.0 Summit, I think PMS Bazaar has grown very well, and it’s a very proud moment for us to associate.

PMS Bazaar Summit 6.0 was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the panel and with the guests as well. There were more than 700 people attending the event, and looking forward to attending the event next year.

I have been honoured to be a part of almost all events of PMS Bazaar. Great participation and I think the quality and engagement in every edition have just gone up. I am happy to have had this opportunity to speak at this event. Keep it up, and I am sure the future editions will be bigger and better.

I have seen this PMS & AIF Summit and the PMS Bazaar team grow from strength to strength. PMS Bazaar is not only now in the sixth version of its conference annual conference, but this is the first time they've got over 700 people coming in, and all the tickets were sold out.
